Events & Partnership Manager [London/Paris/Geneva]

Taurus is the European leading digital asset infrastructure provider for banks, corporates and private companies. Using blockchain technology, its platform covers cryptocurrencies, tokenized securities, tokenized assets (such as NFTs), digital currencies, and stable coins.

We are looking for ambitious and driven individuals to support our fast global growth.

Tasks

Partnerships (50%)

• Manage and nurture strategic partner relationships across Europe, MEA & LATAM
• Support joint marketing initiatives, content, and demand generation activities
• Design and implement partnership programs, KPIs, and enablement initiatives
• Coordinate closely with Sales and regional teams to align partnership priorities

Events (40%)

• Plan and execute external industry events across Europe, the US, MEA & LATAM
• Organize Taurus-hosted events with clients, partners, and ecosystem participants
• Collaborate with Sales to align event strategy with regional business priorities
• Manage end-to-end logistics, agencies, vendors, and budgets
• Support webinars, case studies, speaking opportunities and co-marketing initiatives

Learning & Enablement (10%)

• Coordinate with Product and Tech teams to maintain partner training materials and LMS content
• Organize partner training sessions and certification programs
• Ensure strategic partners remain up to date on Taurus products and capabilities

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in partnerships, events, marketing, PR, or communications within a high-growth B2B fintech, SaaS or infrastructure company
• Strong project management and execution capabilities
• Experience with HubSpot and Salesforce.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and collaborative attitude
• Interest in digital assets, blockchain infrastructure or financial technology is a strong plus
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus
