2. What data we collect

We collect minimal data. When you visit remotli.ch, we may collect:

• Anonymous page view and click events (via PostHog analytics)
• Your IP address (standard web server logs, not stored long-term)
• Browser type and referring URL (anonymous, aggregated)

We do not collect your name, email address, or any personally identifying information unless you contact us directly.

3. Analytics

We use PostHog (EU Cloud, hosted in Frankfurt) for anonymized analytics. PostHog helps us understand which job categories are popular and how users navigate the site. No personal profiles are built. You can opt out of analytics tracking via your browser's Do Not Track setting.

4. Cookies

We use a single analytics cookie set by PostHog to distinguish sessions. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels.

5. Third-party links

Job listings link to external company career pages. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites.

6. Data retention

Anonymized analytics data is retained for 12 months. We do not sell, share, or transfer any data to third parties beyond the analytics provider listed above.

7. Your rights (GDPR)

If you are located in the EU/EEA or Switzerland, you have the right to access, rectify, or delete any personal data we hold about you. Since we collect no personal data in normal browsing, there is typically nothing to delete. For any requests, email hello@remotli.ch.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site grows. Changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
