Methodology & data
Every figure comes from a once-a-day snapshot of Remotli’s board (12:00 UTC), stored since 2 June 2026. “Active roles” are listings live that day; “remote-first” counts roles whose effective policy is fully remote or remote-friendly (hybrid and office-based excluded). Listings are sourced directly from company applicant-tracking systems and archived automatically when they disappear upstream.
On salary:we don’t publish salary bands yet — only 4% of listings disclose pay, too few (and too skewed by employers who repeat one band across many roles) to be representative. We’ll add salary breakdowns once disclosure is dense enough to trust.
