Employee Support and Onboarding: Provide technical support for all employees, lead IT onboarding for all new hires, and create comprehensive documentation for all IT processes. Automation and Collaboration: Automate repetitive IT tasks and collaborate with Hardware, DevOps, MLOps, and Cloud Engineers to ensure seamless integration between corporate IT systems and development environments.
Proven technical leadership with a hands-on, all-rounder mentality. Experience designing and maintaining scalable and secure IT infrastructure. Experience with hardware procurement, inventory management, and basic troubleshooting (laptops, peripherals, network equipment). Demonstrated experience with IT security, including endpoint protection, access management, and security audits. Proficiency in administering corporate software, cloud services, and user permissions. Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills to manage an international scope.
Experience in a high-growth tech environment. Proficiency in scripting and other automation tools to improve efficiency. Experience with ERP system management. A strong understanding of the needs of a research and development company.
