Operations Specialist - Tax Reporting Data 100% (f/m/d) - (Contract through our external payroll partner with immediate start until 31.12.2027 with possible extension)

To support temporarily (1-2 years) our Operations Data Centre of Excellence, we are looking for an Operations Specialist who enjoys executing and improving data processes to deliver best services to stakeholders. The position is focusing on tax reporting data.

YOUR CHALLENGE

• Execute day-to-day data cleansing & enrichment, following standards and processes, using Excel solutions and dedicated Dashboards

• Perform validation 4-eye principles (produce & verify)

• Adhere to guidelines & policies

• Heightened awareness of operational risk, AML/CFT risk, fraud risk (internal/external)

• Execute controls, report incidents

• Provide assistance, resolve ad-hoc queries and give timely feedback

YOUR PROFILE

• Several years of experience in delivering daily data processes in Banking Operations, ideally in the area of Client Tax Reporting or Financial Instruments

• Advanced MS Excel skills and experience in dashboard usage (Tableau/ PowerBI or similar)

• Tax Reporting Software “Easy Tax” Skills is a plus

• Affinity for working with numbers and for clean, high quality data

• Strong interpersonal skills & service orientation with a sound risk awareness

• Reliable team player with a high degree of accountability and self-direction

• Excellent command of written and spoken English; proficiency in German is highly valued and considered a significant advantage
