YOUR CHALLENGE

• Execute Tax Relief at Source process – e.g. verifying required forms for accuracy, setting up accounts internally and with the custodian, concluding with the annual re-papering process

• Support the team in BAU processes

• Support and advise specialists/team leads on problem-solving

• Adhere to guidelines and policies

• Execute complex controls

• Manage incidents and their resolution

• Support the development of new solutions

• Handle individual queries of high complexity

• Managing the day-to-day use of key tools and processes

• Collaborate with partners

• Raise requirements in collaboration with the Product Owner (PO)

YOUR PROFILE

• Holds a higher education qualification in a relevant field

• 3+ years of proven experience in tax-related processes within Banking Operations

• Expertise in Tax Relief at Source processing, including form verification, account setup (internal and custodian), and annual re-papering

• Comprehensive understanding of securities, their specific characteristics, and applicable taxation frameworks

• Solid technical knowledge of banking operations methodologies and end-to-end processes

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word, to support accurate and efficient delivery

• Able to independently manage day-to-day operations, handle high-complexity queries, and execute critical controls within a regulated environment

• Demonstrates a strong service and customer-oriented mindset, with the ability to act as a trusted partner in client-facing processes

• Collaborative team player who actively contributes to shared goals and supports smooth teamwork across functions

• Problem analysis and solution-driven thinking, enabling effective resolution of complex issues

• Exhibits strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally

• Fluent in English, German language skills are considered as a strong asset
