About this role

Act as the trusted advisor for architects & designers in Stuttgart. You will guide them through sustainable materials, acoustics, EPDs, circularity, and design feasibility to ensure Impact Acoustic becomes a specified part of their projects.

This is a role for someone who loves people, storytelling, and design conversations more than drawing details.
  • Grow and nurture strong relationships with Stuttgart’s architecture & interior design community.
  • Visit firms regularly, present materials, update libraries, and provide project consulting.
  • Act as the acoustic + materials expert for specifiers from concept to tender.
  • Position Impact Acoustic in workplace, hospitality, cultural, and education projects.
  • Represent the brand at events, fairs, and networking gatherings.
  • Track project pipelines and manage specification progress through CRM.
  • Work closely with HQ Sales, Marketing, and the Impact Lab to drive innovation conversations.
  • Architect / Interior Architect / Designer.
  • You love people and get energy from meetings, presentations, and collaboration.
  • You understand design intent, construction phases, and specification logic.
  • You have an existing A&D network in Stuttgart and know how to activate it.
  • Strong communicator with natural storytelling ability.
  • Passion for materials, acoustics, and sustainable innovation.
  • Fluent in German (native) + comfortable in English.
