About this role
What would your role be?
Prepare tax reclaims for Switzerland and abroad for natural persons, legal entities, sister companies, and own portfolios.
Monitor applications, including preparation and dispatch, fee charging, forwarding of applications, notification of incoming payments, and controlling of open applications.
Be the point of contact for inquiries regarding tax reclaims.
Communicate regularly with tax authorities.
Collaborate cross-divisionally on projects and optimization processes within the bank.
What are we looking for?
Completed commercial banking apprenticeship or equivalent training.
2 years of relevant experience in finance, securities processing, or taxation.
Experience in the area of tax reclaims is an advantage.
Strong quality awareness and a high level of reliability.
Independent, well-organized working style with a quick grasp of new concepts.
Strong communication skills in both German and English.
