What would your role be?

  • Prepare tax reclaims for Switzerland and abroad for natural persons, legal entities, sister companies, and own portfolios.

  • Monitor applications, including preparation and dispatch, fee charging, forwarding of applications, notification of incoming payments, and controlling of open applications.

  • Be the point of contact for inquiries regarding tax reclaims.

  • Communicate regularly with tax authorities.

  • Collaborate cross-divisionally on projects and optimization processes within the bank.

What are we looking for?

  • Completed commercial banking apprenticeship or equivalent training.

  • 2 years of relevant experience in finance, securities processing, or taxation.

  • Experience in the area of tax reclaims is an advantage.

  • Strong quality awareness and a high level of reliability.

  • Independent, well-organized working style with a quick grasp of new concepts.

  • Strong communication skills in both German and English.
