The role holder supports the complete, accurate, and timely execution of daily
regulatory reporting obligations in compliance with the following financial market
regulations: EMIR, MiFID II/MiFIR, FinMIA/ FinfraG, Bank of Israel and Shareholder
Rights Directive II (SRD2).

YOUR CHALLENGE

• Support the complete, accurate and timely execution of daily regulatory client reporting obligations in compliance with the financial market regulations of Bank of Israel, EMIR, MiFID II/MiFIR, FinfraG (Switzerland), and SRD2 (Shareholder Identification)
• Monitor and maintain high data quality standards by identifying discrepancies, initiating corrections, and escalating anomalies according to defined procedures
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and compliance functions to resolve breaks, clarify reporting obligations, and implement corrective actions
• Support in business related change activities

YOUR PROFILE

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in operations within a financial institution, ideally involving regulatory transaction reporting or transaction monitoring
• Solid understanding of investment products and their main characteristics
• Practical familiarity with European financial regulations, including EMIR, MiFID II/MiFIR, FinfraG, and SRD2 reporting requirements is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics or a related discipline
• Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in German is strongly preferred
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel; experience with regulatory transaction reporting platforms is beneficial
