    • Experience partnering with Marketing teams and using marketing tools to connect demand generation, top-of-funnel execution, and sales motions.
    • Demonstrated ability to lead complex, high-stakes initiatives, exercising independent judgment to evaluate trade-offs, shape principles, and deliver enterprise-wide outcomes.

    • A growth mindset and proactive approach, consistently driving innovation and continuous improvement.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Define and institutionalize scalable GTM operating models, including account allocation, capacity planning, customer segmentation, and revenue motions across Sales and Customer Success.
    • Act as a strategic advisor to RevOps and GTM leadership, guiding decision-making, aligning executive forums, and ensuring functional priorities advance Remote’s business objectives.
    • Serve as a subject matter expert and connector, building formal networks across Product, Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, CS and Enablement to align strategies, eliminate friction, and drive company-wide outcomes.
    • Develop governance frameworks and processes (e.g., ROEs, launch models, readiness criteria) that guide long-term GTM execution and scale across global teams.
    • Shape the transition to platform selling, collaborating with Product and Sales leaders on packaging, positioning, and segment-specific motions that unlock new growth.
    • Influence executive decision-making, preparing and delivering exec-level presentations and strategic updates that synthesise complex data into actionable insights.
