Your team 

The mission of On’s LightSpray™ technology is to revolutionize high-performance footwear by drastically reducing manufacturing waste, cutting $CO_{2}$ emissions by 75%, and creating an ultra-light, seamless shoe upper in just three minutes. Our team is responsible for ensuring the timely production of commercial models using this absolutely new manufacturing method, which requires us to constantly find exciting solutions to unique challenges. We are looking for a proactive person who loves to be hands-on and wants to help shape the future of sustainable production.

Your mission

• Global Data Cockpit Support: Assist in managing and maintaining the global data cockpit to ensure accurate real-time reporting and data integrity across the production line.
• SOP Development: Collaborate closely with production team and industrialization team to draft and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for our innovative manufacturing processes.
• Shipment & Logistics: Provide operational support for the shipment of commercial models, ensuring that our high-performance products reach their destination on schedule.
• Process Implementation: Support the rollout of new production workflows designed to scale the revolutionary LightSpray™ manufacturing method.
• Process Improvement: Actively contribute to identifying bottlenecks and implementing improvements to optimize efficiency and sustainability within the production cycle.

Your story

• Technical Interest: You have a background in Engineering as well as a first successful experience in a production environment and a passion for how things are built and problem solving.
• Analytical Growth Mindset: You possess a strong desire to learn how to translate engineering theory into the practical, fast-paced reality of a revolutionary production environment.
