Senior Specialist - Commercial Education

In short

We're on the lookout for an experienced and passionate Senior Specialist - Commercial Education to join our team. In this role, you will bring to life On’s brand and product vision by owning the creation and delivery of effective training programs in relation to our sports verticals. Collaborating closely with teammates across the organization, including brand, innovation, product and retail, you will bring together the key knowledge elements and build a comprehensive learning experience.

Your mission

- Support key stakeholders in performing learning need assessments, determining in detail what we are trying to solve for or achieve
- Set training objectives and design training programs based on adult learning principles and innovative instructional design
- Develop exciting and engaging blended learning experiences and deliver to diverse learner groups via elearning, live, virtual and blended sessions
- Analyze education data and provide insights for continuous improvement
- Support the implementation of new learning tools and systems

Your story

- You have at least 3 years of experience as a training manager or specialist developing education content and tools
- You have excellent project management skills and know how to get the best from your SMEs
- You have experience with creating blended learning programs which include digital (LMS), virtual (PPT, Slides) and in-person (workshop, activities) tools
- You are knowledgeable about sports, apparel and accessories
- You have a passion for learning technology and instructional design. Graphic design and video editing skills are a plus
- You are fluent or C1+ in English, all other languages a plus

We are a team of 4 today, dedicated to providing the knowledge base that powers commercial teams at On, no matter if they are serving our B2B partners or engaging directly with customers. We work closely with key Commercial and Product stakeholders to define learning needs, set strategic learning objectives and develop the learning experience and program.
