YOUR CHALLENGE
Conducting legal checks for new subscriptions of alternative investments, so-called Non-Traditional Funds (NTF)
Providing administrative support in day-to-day business regarding Over-the-Counter (OTC) derivatives (framework agreements, transaction confirmations) and structured products
Supporting the legal and documentation teams with legally relevant tasks within Global Products and Services (GPS) and Custody
Performing legal research in various areas
Managing the team’s general mailbox
YOUR PROFILE
Minimum 2 semesters of study in law or economics, or at a university of applied sciences with an economic course of study; completion of a bachelor's degree is advantageous
Banking experience is beneficial
Interest in economic contexts as well as regulatory issues
Proactive, independent and practical approach to work
High level of performance and reliability
Team player with strong communication skills and assertiveness
Proficiency in both German and stylistically sound English, written and spoken
