You will serve as a senior key person within our Front Arena team, responsible for implementing new structured products across the value chain from front office (Sales & Trading) to mid-office functions, ensuring accurate product representation and comprehensive lifecycle management.YOUR CHALLENGE
Customise and extend the Front Arena platform to deliver new risk and valuation capabilities
Design, develop, test, and deploy robust functionalities integrated across trading and back-office ecosystems
Ensure end-to-end ownership of critical services, guaranteeing high availability and minimal production downtime
Lead integration efforts between Front Arena and upstream/downstream systems (pricing, market data, risk engines)
Perform root cause analysis and resolve complex production incidents efficiently
Conduct thorough code reviews to uphold quality, security, and alignment with architectural standards
Identify and implement system improvements to boost performance, scalability, and operational resilience
Contribute to change and release management processes within an agile (SAFe) delivery framework
Uphold ethical conduct, risk discipline, and compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements
YOUR PROFILE
10+ years of experience in Front Arena roles supporting trading, mid-office, valuation, and risk
8+ years of hands-on development with Front Arena AEL, ACM, and ADFL (all three required)
Solid understanding of capital markets, particularly structured products and equity derivatives
In-depth knowledge of financial product lifecycles (e.g., cash flows, corporate actions, expiries)
Practical experience with Front Arena data models, workflows, and component interactions
Experience working in agile teams using tools such as Git or Bitbucket
Proven ability to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with technical and business stakeholders
Comfortable working under pressure, with strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise dynamically
Willingness to work on public Swiss/Zurich holidays where foreign markets are open (e.g. Aug 1st)
