MPS is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sr. HR Partner to join our Regional EU HR Team and support our teams in Switzerland and Germany. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality HR support across the employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and partnering closely with managers and employees. This position combines HR operations, employee relations, compliance, recruiting with a strong focus on HR operations optimization, working closely with the HR Operations team based in Spain.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day HR Operations for Switzerland and Germany.
• Support the full employee life-cycle, including onboarding, benefits, absences and offboarding.
• Act as trusted contact for employees and managers on HR matters.
• Work closely with HR Operations team on processes improvements and Workday projects.
• Ensure compliance with local labor law, company policies and internal processes.
• Support end-to-end Recruiting activities for assigned locations.

Requirements:

• Solid experience in an HR environment.
• Strong knowledge of Swiss and German employment regulation.
• Excellent communication skills in English and German.
• Experience with HR Systems, Workday knowledge is highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
